Wearing a patriots sweat shirt on my way to Jamaica I struck up a convo with a man in his late twenties wearing a TO jersey, eagles none the less (I guess you can call that a throwback). I asked him where he thought owens was going and he replied "up narth with yall patriots"
TO was recently on a local radio station saying he would love to play for new england, all while taking less money and a lesser role.
TO still has some good tread on his tires. He put up some nice numbers while catching ducks from trent edwards. He could be the perfect number two reciever next to Randy. He's got the body to catch the ball at the sticks and he can still stretch the field when asked.
The only question is, is would his ego and head fit into this locker room and receiving core. Would he cry and complain if he does get the rock enough. At this point in his career I think he wants a super bowl ring to flaunt on the TO show via Vh1 that he would put those things aside in order to succeed.
With welker out half the season and no real reliable number two reciever why not give TO a shot and bring the Pats another ring.

Darius Butler, the media king of the Patriots

By: Greg

Darius Butler is everywhere on the field and now in the media. The second year corner back is all over twitter where you can follow him at DariusButler28, he has a new website www.dariusbutler28.com and today he was on the mothership ESPN’s Cold Pizza aka First Take. Butler previewed the upcoming season with Jay Crawford.

We expect big things from 28 this year not only in the media but on the field.

Mangini: Fred Corleone wants everything to be alright

By: Greg
First off sorry for no posts of late, summer time and the living is busy. We will be at it full tilt from now on, at least I hope.

Its been a few years since Fredo ratted on the Master in "Spygate". Now Fredo is coming full circle and wants a relationship again with the man that gave him everything in the NFL. Profootball talk has the scoop in thier upcoming magazine:

"[Belichick] and I haven't really talked," Mangini said in our interview of the second-year Browns boss. "When I talk about him, he was my mentor. He taught me everything, and I respect him tremendously. That's not bullshit. That's how I feel. I hope at some point, we'll be able to sit down and talk about things and get back to a better relationship. It's not there right now, but at some point, things have a tendency to roll back."

Once a rat always a rat. Im sure that BB does not want anything to do with this scum. If he does, it will be all part of his grand scheme.
